When Hamilton City Magazine put a crown on the headline, it said out loud what we have always believed: in this city, drag is not a sideshow. It is a main event.

"All Hail the Queens" is a generous, joyful look at the House of Adam and Steve scene — the brunches, the theatre nights, the blowouts — and at a city that lost its gay bars and found its queer joy in borrowed rooms instead.
